Members of the royal family gathered for the annual National Service of Remembrance at the Cenotaph in Whitehall, London on Sunday morning.
Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II oversaw the scaled back Remembrance Sunday commemorations from the central balcony of the Foreign Office, accompanied by her lady-in-waiting, Susan Rhodes. To her left, on a separate balcony stood the Duchesses of Cornwall and Cambridge. Kate debuted a bespoke piece from her go-to designer Catherine Walker for the sombre occasion. Cut with a high collar and button-up front, the tailored design incorporates military-inspired details. The headpiece is from the milliner's AW20 collection and captures Philip Treacy’s intriguing sculptural approach to design. This velvet beret boasts a statement satin bow detail nestled to one side. A closer look at Kate's elegant up-do. Kate was seen wearing a black Amaia plumetti face mask as she traveled in a chauffeur driven car after attending the National Service of Remembrance at The Cenotaph.

The final 100 images of The Duchess of Cambridge's photography project 'Hold Still' have gone on display on the streets of London and around the UK.
Having seen the incredible response from people around the nation to the digital exhibition, the Duchess wanted to share the images in the real world. Supported by Co-op UK and the National Portrait Gallery of London, these portraits will be on display in 112 sites across 80 towns, cities & boroughs.
William and Kate visited the posters on display in Waterloo, London to see these heartfelt & inspiring stories told during lockdown, up close.
After seeing the Hold Still portraits on display, The Duke and Duchess met with NHS workers at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, three of which were featured in the final 100 images for their image 'All in this together'.
Kate debuted a red long coat for the occasion.
It is a custom piece by Alexander McQueen featuring a double-breasted front, peaked lapel, front flap pockets, and contrasting black buttons. Some of the design elements can be seen on these ready-to-wear coats from the McQueen fashion house. The Duchess teamed it with a white tee and a black pleated skirt. It has been suggested the skirt may be the Massimo Dutti Pleated skirt with buckle detail, but we cannot say for certain based on very little evidence. Another new addition was the Grace Han Love Letter Small Top Handle Bag (£1,595). Handcrafted in 100% black calfskin leather, its distinctive envelope closure is an ode to Love Letters of the past present and future. We saw the return of Kate's trusty Gianvito Rossi 'Piper' 85 Black Suede Pumps.
For the hospital visit, the Duchess wore an Amaia reusable cotton face mask in Yellow Pepper print (£15).
Kate finished her outfit with some new bling! She donned the Daniella Draper Gold Diamond Luxury Maxi Cupid Hoop Earrings (£2,450).
The Duke And Duchess Of Cambridge today marked one year since their royal visit to Pakistan with a video call to the staff and children from SOS Children’s Village in Lahore, many of whom they met during their two visits to the village last October.
During their chat with the children from the village, William and Kate were reminded of their cricket skills!
The Duke and Duchess also caught up with teachers at Islamabad Model College for Girls to hear how the school’s activities have been impacted during the pandemic, before joining pupils in a game of Pictionary.
Kate wore a cream shalwar kameez as a mark of respect for Pakistan's tradition dress code. It's reportedly a custom design by Gul Ahmed.
You may recall the Duchess wore a Gul Ahmed tunic in Lahore:
The Duchess of Cambridge visited the Institute of Reproductive and Development Biology at Imperial College in London on Wednesday to hear about the work that the national charity Tommy's is doing to reduce rates of miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth.
The Duchess also spoke to bereavement specialists from Sands to hear how they support anyone affected by the death of a baby, improve bereavement care and fund research to save babies’ lives.
The visit comes during Baby Loss Awareness week as these charities play a pivotal role in helping those affected by the death of a baby, providing expert information and support to families at every stage of their pregnancy.
