The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spoke with medical, charity and voluntary staff from across the Commonwealth in the lead up to Commonwealth Day on Monday 8th of March.
William and Kate spoke to Dr. Zolelwa Sifumba from South Africa who is working to advocate for healthcare workers and the importance of looking after those in the medical profession on the front line.
In this year’s Commonwealth Day message, Her Majesty The Queen has paid tribute to the way in which communities across the family of nations have come together in response to the pandemic. For the video call, The Duchess wore her royal blue Emilia Wickstead 'Kate' A-line Dress with a matching belt.
The Duchess again wore the unidentified pearl hoop earrings she debuted last month.
Some possible options include the Mejuri Organic Pearl Stacked Hoops and the Yaya pearl hoop earrings.

Earlier this week The Duke and Duchess spoke via video call to a family whose young son had reached out to Shout 85258 for mental health support when he was at a crisis point to hear his story and the importance of in the moment text support.
Shout 85258 is a free, 24/7 confidential text service in the UK for anyone struggling to cope. William and Kate heard Jack's story and how his parents felt there was no doubt that Jack's conversation with a Shout Volunteer had saved him. Note - names and voices have been changed to protect anonymity.
The trousers appear to be her Jigsaw High Waisted Sport Luxe Trousers based on the visible raised seam down the leg.
She completed the professional look with her Accessorize Twisted Circle Drop Earrings.
Earlier in the week, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge held a meeting via video link with families supported by Asthma UK and Diabetes UK.
The UK’s leading health charities have joined forces to form a coalition to help those with long-term health conditions, who are now being offered the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Duchess of Cambridge made a video call to Little Village this week to mark their 5th anniversary.
The charity is like a food bank, but for clothes, toys and equipment for babies and children up to the age of 5. Since their launched in 2016, Little Village has supported thousands of visits from families across London.
The Duchess premiered the L.K.Bennett Liv Cream Cotton-Merino Wool Collared Jumper for the Zoom chat with the Little Village founder and two mothers supported by the charity.

We finally got a better look at the round gem pendant necklace Kate has been wearing over the past few weeks.
From the photo above, it's clear the necklace is the Astley Clarke Round Stilla Lapis Lazuli Pendant Necklace, as first suggested by @LadyParky79. The £160 demi-fine pendant features a table-cut lapis lazuli gemstone, set in 18 carat yellow gold plated sterling silver. The 'Stilla' pendant is finished with a gold nugget detail and Astley Clarke's signature star-set lapis lazuli tag.
It appears Kate debuted a pair of small hoop earrings.
ID UPDATE (11 Mar 2021): Following Kate's visit to School 21, where she re-wore the huggie hoops, we were able to get a better look at the earrings. They were identified as the Orelia Gold Chain Huggie Hoop Earrings (£15).
